The first session is simply about us getting to know each other. There is no pressure to “perform” or have all the answers. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy now and what you hope to achieve. Most importantly, it’s a chance for you to see if you feel comfortable with me—because your story matters here and you deserve to feel safe telling it.
